Where does my order actually ship from? From the producer's warehouse in Holle, Germany (Juskys Gruppe GmbH). We place your order there on the working day you order, and the warehouse ships to you directly.
Parcel or pallet — which one will I get? It is stated on every product page and in the cart. Beds, mattresses, kids' beds, treadmills and massage chairs come as parcels to the door. Cabins, saunas, large sofas and big garden sets come on a pallet to the kerb; the carrier phones you first.
Can the carrier bring it into the house? No — freight is to the kerb, parcels to the front door. Plan on two people for a cabin or a large sofa.
Do I need an electrician for an infrared cabin? No. Cabins plug into a normal 230 V socket (16 A). Barrel saunas with an electric stove do need a qualified electrician for the 400 V connection; this is on the product page.
Will it arrive before Christmas? Freight items ordered by 4 December (Germany) or 1 December (Austria, Benelux), parcels by 15 December (Germany) or 12 December (Austria, Benelux). From 1 December every product page shows the last order date for your country.
Can I return a bed or a cabin? Yes, within 14 days of delivery — mattresses included. You pay the return transport (we tell you the exact figure first — €9.90 per parcel with our label from Germany, €89 for a pallet collected in Germany, €149 from Austria and Benelux); we refund the price and the standard delivery charge. Do you deliver to France, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary or Poland? Not yet at a fixed price. Write to us with the product and your postcode and we ask the warehouse for a freight quote, usually within two working days.
Do you send invoices? Every order gets an invoice by email. Companies and hosts with a VAT number get a VAT invoice; see the hosts page.
