Delivery, parcel or pallet, and returns
Everything ships from the brand's warehouse in Holle, Germany. Delivery is free in Germany; Austria and Benelux pay a flat rate per order, waived above the thresholds in the table. Whether an item comes as a parcel to your door or on a pallet to your kerb is stated on its product page and again in the cart.
Delivery rates
Prices include VAT. One delivery charge per order, based on the heaviest delivery method in the basket: if any item in the order ships by freight, the freight rate applies to the whole order and everything travels together where the warehouse can manage it. A bed that arrives as three parcels is still a parcel order. Delivery times are working days from dispatch and are the brand's typical times, not guarantees. Because the goods never leave the EU there are no customs charges: the price at checkout is the price you pay.

We currently deliver to 5 countries. France, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland are next: the brand quotes delivery to these countries per order, and we will open them as soon as we can state a price up front. Write to us if you live there and want a quote today. We do not deliver to Switzerland, the UK or outside Europe.
Parcel or pallet?
Parcel. Beds, kids' beds, mattresses, small lounges, treadmills, massage chairs and most accessories ship in one to four packages of up to 31.5 kg each, with DHL, DPD or GLS, to your door (not up the stairs). You receive a tracking link by email for each package; packages of one order can arrive on different days.
Pallet (freight). Infrared cabins, saunas, large sofas, whirlpools and the larger garden sets ship on a pallet with a freight carrier. Delivery is to the kerb — the first accessible point a truck with a tail lift can reach, not into the house or the garden. The carrier phones the number you gave at checkout to agree a delivery day, usually with a morning or afternoon window. Have two people ready; a cabin arrives as 6–10 panels of 20–60 kg each. There is no online tracking for freight; we email you the dispatch confirmation and the carrier's reference.
When it ships
We place your order with the warehouse on the working day your payment reaches us — immediately for card, wallet and Klarna payments, on receipt for bank transfers (we reserve the goods for 5 working days). Parcels are dispatched within 1–2 working days of that, freight within 2–3. The product page shows whether an item is in stock at the warehouse today; we hide sizes and colours that are not.
Christmas cut-off dates
For delivery before 24 December, order freight items by 4 December (Germany) or 1 December (Austria and Benelux) and parcel items by 15 December (Germany) or 12 December (Austria and Benelux). From 1 December every product page shows the last order date for your country. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered in the first weeks of January.
Checking the delivery
Please look at the packages before the driver leaves. If a carton or the pallet wrapping is visibly damaged, write "damaged" on the delivery note or in the driver's device, take a photo and accept the goods anyway — refusing a pallet costs you nothing but delays the replacement. Report transport damage or missing parts to shop@teamday.ai within 7 days with photos; we claim it from the carrier and arrange replacement parts or a replacement item with the brand — you pay nothing. Hidden damage found during assembly can still be reported later under the legal guarantee.
Returns & the right of withdrawal
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Write to us, we confirm, and you have another 14 days to send it back. The item should be complete, unused beyond checking it as you would in a shop, and in its original packaging where possible. Because we do not have a warehouse of our own, returns go to the brand's warehouse in Germany; we send you the address and, for freight items, we book the collection.
The direct cost of the return is yours, as EU law allows for bulky goods: for parcel items it is €9.90 per parcel with our return label from Germany (or the carrier price we name for Austria and Benelux, or your own carrier); for freight items, which cannot go by post, we book the collection and charge €89 per consignment within Germany and €149 from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, deducted from the refund. We tell you the exact figure before you send anything back. Once the goods arrive at the warehouse we refund the full price and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days, by the same payment method. If you assembled the item and disassembled it again, that is fine; wear beyond checking it (damage, dirt, missing parts, a fully installed cabin) may be deducted. Bundles may be returned in part: we refund the bundle price minus the regular price of what you keep.
Items that arrive damaged or faulty are handled under the legal guarantee, not as returns: you pay nothing for the return, and we replace or refund.
