Parcel items (up to 31.5 kg per package, larger items in several packages) arrive at your door in 1–3 working days in Germany, 2–4 in Austria and Benelux, with a tracking link per package. Freight items arrive on a pallet at your kerb in 5–6 working days in Germany, 6–9 in Austria and Benelux; the carrier phones first to agree the day, no online tracking. Delivery is free in Germany; Austria €9.90 / €99, Netherlands €9.90 / €49, Belgium €12.90 / €59, Luxembourg €12.90 / €119 (parcel / pallet, per order; parcel free over €150, pallet free over €1,999–2,999). You can return this item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — mattresses included; it goes back to the producer's warehouse in Germany and you bear the return transport, which we state before you send anything (€9.90 per parcel with our label from Germany; pallet collection €89 in Germany, €149 from Austria and Benelux, deducted from the refund). We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receipt.
