You can return this item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — mattresses included; it goes back to the producer's warehouse in Germany and you bear the return transport, which we state before you send anything (€9.90 per parcel with our label from Germany; pallet collection €89 in Germany, €149 from Austria and Benelux, deducted from the refund). We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receipt.
