The bedroom in one order: the Nizza storage bed with its Chesterfield headboard and LED floor light, plus the 16 cm H3 cold-foam mattress that fits it. Both leave the same German warehouse; the bed comes on a pallet to the kerb (carrier phones first), the mattress rolled in a parcel, usually a day or two earlier.

Freight items arrive on a pallet at your kerb in 5–6 working days in Germany, 6–9 in Austria and Benelux; the carrier phones first to agree the day, no online tracking. You can return this item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — mattresses included; it goes back to the producer's warehouse in Germany and you bear the return transport, which we state before you send anything (€9.90 per parcel with our label from Germany; pallet collection €89 in Germany, €149 from Austria and Benelux, deducted from the refund). We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receipt.
